Stand Alone Design ?Four Columns Per Lift

Unlike competitive parking machines wherein the design is such that each lift shares the vertical columns, Vertical Parking Machines are of the "Stand Alone" design.

Shared columns, typically referred to as siamese construction, require that they be assembled in a straight line only whereas "Stand Alone" units allow angled placement thereby providing approximately thirty percent more vehicles per acre than siamese designs. Further, Vertical Parking Machines were designed in a symmetrical form thus allowing "drive-thru" features which greatly assist in traffic flow.

Manufactured entirely, including state of the art cylinders at our factory in Auburn, Washington. U.S.A.

Threaded Cable Adjusters

We install cable adjusters at both ends of each cable. This feature allows finite adjustment of the vehicle decks assuring that they make ground contact simultaneously.

Cable Sheaves

All cable sheaves are equipped with torrington, full compliment, needle bearings

Cylinders - Gland

Vertical parking machines utilize absolute state of the art cylinders. Look closely at the "buttress threads". On the non-load side is the standard 45 degree angle. On the load side a 7 degree pitch is seen.

Buttress threads withstand immense loads and will not back out under severe or pulsating loads - we manufacture our cylinders in-house.

Cylinders - Piston

Our pistons are steel, never aluminum. We use wear bands which provide accurate centering alignment to the cylinder bore thus guaranteeing decades of trouble free service.

All wear bands, wipers, o-rings and seals are parker poly-pak?

Expensive? Yes, and worth every penny.

Easily Operated - Simple Controls

To raise vehicle(s) simply push the switch to the up position.

To lower vehicle(s) pull down on the release handle (red) while pushing the switch to the up position until movement is felt. Upon movement of the locking counterbalance pull the release handle to the full down position while pushing the switch to the down position until the lowest vehicle is at ground level.

Power Beam - Shipped Partially Assembled

The power beam and cylinder assembly is shipped in completed form. Each cable is color coded making assembly in the field simple.

Unlike competitive parking machines which have only two safety lock positions, vertical parking machines have twelve.
